About us
Built by people who had to figure it out the hard way
We kept meeting talented people — graduates, career changers, skilled workers who had moved countries — who were doing everything right and still getting nowhere. What they were missing was never talent. It was structure, and someone who had walked the road before.

Before you start
What does it cost?
ProPath is free during our pilot. There is no credit card and no paid tier to upgrade to while the pilot runs.
How long does the program take?
It depends on your starting point and pace. Phases progress when their outcomes are genuinely met rather than on a fixed schedule — most people spend a few weeks to a couple of months in each of the middle phases.
Is the assessment an AI chatbot or a real person?
The assessment is a guided, self-service questionnaire that adapts to your situation, and it prepares your profile. A real mentor and our program team review that profile — the matching and the mentoring are human.
Who sees my assessment answers?
Your mentor and the program team. Readiness scoring and internal notes are never shown on your own dashboard, and are never shared with employers.
Do I need to be looking for a job right now?
No. Entrepreneurs and people exploring direction are welcome — the Entrepreneur pathway measures structured progress instead of placement.
What if my mentor is not the right fit?
Tell the program team. Matching is reviewed by people, and a re-match is a normal request rather than an awkward one.
How much time do I need to commit?
Most mentees spend two to four hours a week, including their session. The assessment asks about your realistic availability so your plan reflects it.
